I've heard that over flipping burgers on the grill makes the burger not as tasty. Is this true?
Yes, while constantly flipping the burgers makes one truly feel like "king or queen of the grill," it doesn't do much good for the burger's moisture and won't give you the best grill marks. Let the meat patty sit on the hot grill for at least a few minutes and try to control you flipping to just once.
