Super Bowl 6 Can Soup
Ingredients:
1 lb. beef stew meat
1 (15-ounce) can tomato sauce
1 (12.5-ounce) can vegetable beef soup
1 (15-ounce) can Rotel
1 (14.5-ounce) can Mexican stewed tomatoes, undrained
1 (15-ounce) can Wolf chili without beans
1 small can corn kernels, drained
Frito corn chips, sour cream, cheddar cheese for garnish
Instructions:
Brown stew meat in a large pot until browned and cooked through. Add 6 canned items to pot, bring to a boil and allow to simmer 20-30 minutes. Ladle soup over fritos and garnish with sour cream and cheddar cheese. Very easy crowd pleaser! Everyone will ask for the recipe- try it!
