Pecan Praline Sundae Drizzle (Pecan Fudge Candy)

Ingredients:
1 ¼ cups brown sugar
1 cup heavy cream
½ stick butter
1 (7-ounce) container marshmallow cream
¼ t. salt
1 t. vanilla
1/3 cup pecans, whole or chopped

Instructions:
Combine brown sugar, cream and salt in a 2 quart saucepan; heat over medium heat until brown sugar dissolves and mixture comes to a boil, stir constantly. Cook for 8 minutes, continuing to stir. Remove from heat; add butter, vanilla and marshmallow cream. Gently fold in nuts. Drizzle thick sauce immediately over ice cream or drop by spoonfuls onto parchment paper for quick pecan fudge candies! (Allow fudge candies to cool and harden for 2 hours before eating).
