Cheesy Mac Salad
Ingredients:
2 cups macaroni noodles
1 cup velveeta cheese, diced
2 cups celery, diced
1 cup tomato, diced
1 cup onion, diced
½ cup bell pepper, diced
Dressing:
1 cup mayonnaise
½ cup milk
1 t. salt
½ t. pepper
½ t. garlic powder
¼ t. dry mustard
Instructions:
Prepare noodles in boiling, salted water according to package directions until cooked through. Drain noodles and reserve.In a large bowl, toss together cheese, celery, tomato, onion and bell pepper. Add cooled noodles to bowl and toss to combine all. In a small bowl, whisk dressing ingredients together. Drizzle dressing evely over noodles, cover and chill atleast 2 hours prior to serving. *If possible, make the night before- it is better after marinating.
