Lima Bean Bake
Ingredients:
2 (15-ounce) cans lima beans, drained
2 T. butter, melted
1 cup milk
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 T. Worcestershire sauce
2 T. flour
½ t. salt
¼ t. cayenne pepper
¼ cup ketchup
1 (4-ounce) jar pimentos, drained
1 sleeve of saltine cracker, crumbled
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, mix all ingredients, except crackers. Pour into a greased casserole dish and top with crumbled crackers. Bake for 30 minutes.
