Peaches & Cream Congealed Salad

Ingredients:
2 (3-ounce) packages peach JELL-O
1 ½ cups boiling water
1 (29-ounce) can sliced peaches in syrup, drained with juices reserved
1 (16-ounce) container sour cream
1 (16-ounce) container yogurt
1 (16-ounce) container Cool Whip
½ cup coconut
½ cup walnuts, chopped

Instructions:
In a medium bowl, combine JELL-O and boiling water; stir until dissolved completely. Add reserved peach syrup and sour cream, whisk until smooth. Chop peaches, then add to JELL-O mix. Fold in coconut, then pour mixture into 13x9 dish. Refrigerate until set, 2-4 hours. After JELL-O has set, remove from fridge. In a bowl, fold together yogurt and cool whip. Layer this over chilled JELL-O mixture, garnish top with nuts and refrigerate an additional hour before serving.
