French Fries & Spicy Ranch Sauce

Ingredients:
Potatoes
Oil for deep frying
Seasoned Salt

Instructions:
Cut potatoes into even strips. Soak potatoes in cold water for 1 hour. Heat deep fryer to 325 degrees. Fry in deep oil at 325 degrees for 5 minutes. Drain. Increase heat to 375° and fry until French fries are tender and nicely browned. Allow to drain on a paper towel; season with seasoned salt while hot.

For sauce:
3/4 cup buttermilk
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 T. minced green onions
1 garlic clove, minced
1 t. hot sauce
1/2 t. seasoned salt

Instructions:
Whisk together ingredients. Store in an airtight container in refrigerator up to a week.
