Frozen Coffee Pie

Ingredients:
1 (9-inch) Oreo pie crust
½ gallon vanilla ice cream
½ gallon coffee ice cream
Hot Fudge sauce
Toffee bits, for garnish

Instructions:
Set coffee ice cream on counter for 10 minutes to soften. Scoop coffee ice cream into the bottom of the pie crust. With a knife or spatula, spread ice cream evenly over.  Warm hot fudge sauce in the microwave so it can easily be drizzled over pie. Drizzle fudge over, cover and refrigerate 1 hour. Allow vanilla ice cream to soften, then spread a layer on top of the coffee/fudge pie. Drizzle warmed fudge sauce over vanilla layer. Cover and chill another hour. Allow pie to sit out 5 minutes before slicing. Sprinkle toffee bits over  each served slice. (Tip- do not freeze pie with toffee bits on top; bits will become very hard if allowed to freeze).
