Tamale Bake
Ingredients:
1 (14 ½ -ounce) can tamales
2 T. flour
1 t. chili powder
½ t. garlic salt
3 eggs, beaten
1 (16-ounce) can cream style corn
½ cup pitted olives, halved
1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
Instructions:
Drain tamales, reserving sauce. Slice tamales crosswise; set aside. In a large mixing bowl, combine reserved sauce, flour, chili powder and garlic salt. Add eggs, corn, olives and sliced tamales. Pour into a greased casserole dish. Bake for 40 minutes; sprinkle with cheese and bake an additional 10 minutes until cheese is melted.
