Sausage Casserole
Ingredients:
1 lb. pork sausage*
6 eggs
1 cup cheese
5 slices bread, cubed
2 cups milk
1 t. dry mustard
1 t. salt
½ t. pepper
Instructions:
In a large skillet, brown sausage. Drain and reserve. In a bowl, mix remaining ingredients. Add drained sausage, cover and chill in refrigerator 2 hours. Remove from fridge and place in a greased, shallow baking dish. Bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Great for Brunch or Dinner!
*Ground beef may also be substituted.
