Potluck Chicken Spaghetti

Ingredients:
3 cups cooked, shredded chicken
3 T. butter
1 cup celery, chopped
1 cup onion, chopped
½ cup carrot, diced
½ T. garlic powder
1 t. salt
1 ½ t. pepper
1 cup fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 (2-ounce) jar pimentos, drained
1 (10.75-ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
2 T. Worcestershire sauce
1 lb. spaghetti, cooked
1 (8-ounce) bag sharp Cheddar cheese, divided

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large skillet, sauté celery, onion, carrot, mushrooms and pimentos in butter until vegetables are translucent, 3-5 minutes. Remove from heat and gently stir in salt and pepper, mushroom soup, Worcestershire sauce and half the bag of cheese. Fold in cooked chicken and spaghetti noodles; mix. Pour into greased casserole dish and sprinkle remaining cheese on top. Bake 25-30 minutes until cheese is melted.
